Our story

Our founder, Edwin Neill II, had a vision to help salons and spas reach their full potential. Through technology and educational tools, we are evolving his vision and continue to uphold it as our company mission. We are still a family-owned and operated business, and have been for over 65 years!

We love salons and spas!

For us, coming up with new products is easy – we’re just like you! We own 10 salons and spas as well as 20 cosmetology schools, so creating innovative products is second nature.

Where are we?

Our corporate campus is located just outside of New Orleans in Hammond, Louisiana where the company started.
We also have offices in New Orleans and central London.
