

Whiteboard holds your team accountable and frees you up to focus on growing your business.
Administrators will configure the default Whiteboard view for the company.
There are 3 Channels to choose from:
Staff are displayed on the Whiteboard when they have a schedule template in SalonBiz®/SpaBiz® for the location. A ʻGone Fishingʼ sign is shown when their schedule is blocked.
Whiteboard is an in-the-moment gauge of performance and displays Todayʼs metrics by default. You can switch between Today and This Week or Last Week.
The top performer for each group (tab) is listed on the far left and will sparkle with stars.
Goals are created in Central for each staff member. Their actual performance is listed next to each metric label. The circle of color compares actual to the goal, green indicates peak performance, orange is average (within 20% of goal) and red is poor performance.
Service goals have a built-in rolling goal mechanism so that when a staff member fails to reach their service goal for the day, the amount missed is then considered into a rolling goal calculation.
You can flip over a single staff column to view their book for the day or flip all columns to view the entire schedule.
Additionally, Whiteboard gives you the option to change the default appointment colors to match your own request reason colors in SalonBiz®/SpaBiz®.
You have the ability to enter customized formulas and/or notes on the Whiteboard schedule view. These will automatically update the client file in SalonBiz®/SpaBiz® with the new information. You can look up history too!
From the schedule view, a notes icon will be displayed on those appointments that have either an appointment note or customer note in SalonBiz®/SpaBiz®.
