It's a no-brainer. For six weeks, I was completely out of touch while filming. The minute I walked back into the salon, my GM gave me a stack of reports. Fifteen minutes later, I was totally caught up. My staff loves it - they walk around with reports and highlighters - SalonBiz shows them exactly where to focus. And since I have things to worry about other than upgrading my salon software, I love that my SalonBiz subscription just does it for me. Genius.

"My corporate office flooded the day before Thanksgiving, destroying 4 computers, back-ups and our server. SalonBiz was a lifesaver! Their off-site server manages our database, so they were able to send us all our staff and client information until we had computer access. Without SalonBiz, my Black Friday would have been a disaster."
