Adding a Ticket Note: Similar to the appointment note feature, you can attach a note to a customer’s ticket. The customer’s name will appear in red on the Check Out screen if a ticket note is attached. The note remains with the ticket until the ticket is processed. Once the ticket is processed the note disappears.
Travelers: Print up to the minute staff schedules and travelers. Each traveler is unique to the individual customer. It not only houses their current appointment information but will also give you a complete purchase history along with color formulas. Travelers are often used as a sales tool by the service and retail team.
Appointment Log: Records a history of the movement of your appointment book with a time/date/staff member stamp. It’s a superb tool that allows you to research appointments that may have been moved or deleted while giving you the ability to hold your team accountable.
