The Inventory Valuation Summary displays a snapshot of inventory activity for each day within the date range you specify. The inventory values displayed are the values that are calculated at the open and close of each day; therefore if a day is not closed there can be variance in the inventory value. The cost of goods sold, inventory adjustments and received costs are calculated from tickets, adjustments and received orders for each day.

The Negative Quantity Products report lists all products that have a negative quantity on hand at the time the report is created.

The Open Gift Certificates report displays all open gift certificates including their current balance.

The Out of Stock Products report lists all products that have a zero or a negative on hand quantity. These products are grouped together by vendor. The last page of the report displays a grand total for the on hand quantity, on order quantity and quarter sales.

The Percent of Customers PreBooked report lists all customers that pre-booked (reserved) a future service appointment on the same day that they experienced a service.

The Product Ranking by Quantity Sales report lists all product sales for the date range specified and ranks them from the highest quantity sold to the lowest.

The Product Sales by Item (Category) reports lists products sorted by item number and grouped by category for products sold within the date range and item number range entered. It displays the product code, product name, ticket quantity, product quantity, cost and net sales for each category. It also gives subtotals for each category and a grand total at the end of the report. To rank all the products sold within the period, 000 (zero) should be entered for the starting product code and zzz should be entered for the ending product code.

The Sales Comparison Summary report displays sales for each item type for the date range entered by the user. It then generates sales data for the same date range in the prior year and then two years before. Those sales and quantities are compared against the current sales and quantities to illustrate the growth of the location sales over the years.

The Sales Summary report (accessed through the Ticket screen) provides you with an up-to-the-minute summary of business activity. It is typically used for coaching and monitoring key indicators because it calculates measurements for both the location as well as individual service team members.

The Staff Commission report determines the amount of service and product sales payable to your staff based on the commission structures you create. This report also gives you the option of deducting a product service charge from the totals before or after their commission is calculated or not at all.

The Staff Detail Summary allows you to select one or more staff members to display on the report. It lists all services performed by each staff member for a specified date range. It also lists service totals by category, request type totals, and product totals per staff. The report prints one staff member per page.

The Staff Request Summary report lists each staff member’s service client appointment request reasons and the net revenue associated with them.

The Staff Sales Summary report lists a summary of sales for each staff member. It displays the staff name, service net sales, service quantity, service average, product net sales, product quantity, product average, other net sales, other quantity, other average and product versus service percentage. A grand total of the sale amount is listed at the bottom of the report.

The Staff Service Productivity Summary report provides you with a productivity summary for your location, each of your staff members and departments. It also provides a monthly weekday productivity analysis.

The Staff Strategies Retention report lists new customers that purchased a service on their first visit in the date range. For each customer, their first visit is displayed and if they have returned, their last visit is displayed. A “smiley” face is displayed in the ‘To Stylist’, ‘To Salon’ or ‘To the Brand’ column if the customer has returned for a second service visit by the retention date entered by the user. A “frown” face is displayed in the ‘Lost’ column if the customer did not return to either staff or salon by the specified date. This report is grouped together by each staff member and customers are listed under the staff member who preformed a service for them.
